Banana Bike
Dot Wiggin Band
In 1969, a band of New Hampshire sisters calling themselves The Shaggs released the record "Philosophy Of The World." The album has since achieved a legendary status as one of the strangest works of music ever made, a true landmark of experimental pop. Now, nearly 45 years later, former Shaggs vocalist Dot Wiggin has released, via Alternative Tentacles Records, her first ever solo album. It is titled "Ready! Get! Go!" and among its 13 tracks is the song "Banana Bike." This song tells of the cycling adventures of Dot's sister and former bandmate, Helen.
