The Basements
The Basements are an indie/rock/electronica band from Roslyn, New York. The band consists of Russell Efros (Lead Vocals/ Guitar), Gavin Ryan (Bass/Synth/Backup Vocals), and James Kaminsky (Drums). Russell Efros and Gavin Ryan met in Middle School where they began singing in the school chorale and performing in musicals together. Soon after they began performing and recording music. By 2008 they had formed the Basements and the duo requested that the very talented drummer James Kaminsky joined. All of the Basements have taken after followed after their fathers in musical talents, and their mothers in sensitivity and beauty, naturally. The Basements are working on completing their first album and continuing to perform all over.
