Lucius
New York Times’ says “Luscious, luminous, lilting lullabies” to describe the songstress duo Lucius, fronted by Jess Wolfe & Holly Laessig. The two met in 2006 while at school in Boston. A year later they relocated to Brooklyn, where they wrote and recorded their debut album “Songs From the Bromley House.” Lucius’ songs have roots in Americana, and have often been described as a modern, female Simon & Garfunkel.
